Soffit & Fascia

When asked, most people have no idea what a fascia or a soffit is, yet together they are two very important components of every house. The fascia covers the rafters and protects the internal structures of your roof, while the soffit covers the area from the bottom of the fascia to the outside wall of your home. Soffits protect the roof structure from the elements as well as provide a vented outlet that allows hot summer air and moisture to safely exhaust to the outside.
Soffit and Fascia usually come hand and foot with a new siding project or a re-side of your home, but you can choose to do them in separate stages.
