I asked him the same questions more than once, but he patiently answered them until I understood the process of what he would be doing.
“Kyle has done work on my deck and porch, replaced an oversized patio door, put in a wheel chair ramp, and made some temporary repairs to the siding of my house until it can be resided in the spring. With each project, Kyle was mindful of my in home daycare. While replacing the patio door, he continuously swept up anything that made it’s way onto the house where the kids might go through. At the end of the day he made sure everything was totally cleaned up.
“During the process of the work, if Kyle had anyone helping him, he made sure they were doing the work up to his expectations. Also, during each project he didn’t hesitate to ask me to look at the work to make sure it was up to my expectations. He never left for the day without showing me the final project and making sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Which I always was. Kyle is efficient, yet particular about his work. Every project he’s done for me has met or exceeded my expectations . I look forward to having Kyle reside my house and finish off several rooms in my basement.
